Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sal t
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups mixed baby greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium cucumber , sliced
  • 1 large avocado , sliced
  • 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly incorporated.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties approximately 1/2 inch thick.
  • Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear patties for 5-6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and fresh dill to create the dressing.
  • Arrange mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion across four serving bowls.
  • Place one cooked turkey patty into each bowl and add avocado slices.
  • Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the components and serve.
