  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons low -sugar granola
  • 1 teaspoon hemp hearts

Instructions

  • Place the frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and almond milk into a high-speed blender.
  • Pulse on low speed to break down the frozen fruit, using a tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
  • Increase speed to high and blend for 45-60 seconds until a thick, smooth, soft-serve consistency is achieved.
  • Transfer the mixture into a chilled bowl and level the surface with a spatula.
  • Garnish with sliced fresh strawberries, granola, chia seeds, and hemp hearts.
