Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (163 degrees Celsius).
Place the ham cut-side down in a roasting pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake the ham for approximately 12-15 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
While ham is baking, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cloves, and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk the glaze mixture constantly until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture begins to simmer.
Stir in the pineapple juice and remove from heat.
Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove it from the oven and increase oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove the foil and brush half of the glaze generously over the ham and between the slices.
Return the ham to the oven uncovered and bake for 10 minutes.
Apply the remaining glaze and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the surface is caramelized and browned.
