Honey Mustard Oven Chicken Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1.5 lbs)
  • 0.25 cup hone y
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprik a
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and arrange them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken, using a brush or spoon to ensure each breast is fully coated on all sides.
  • Place the dish in the center of the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) on an instant-read thermometer.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes to retain juices.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
