Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Slice the entire block of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
  • Layer the sliced turkey evenly across the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Spread the cranberry sauce in a uniform layer over the turkey.
  • Arrange the Swiss cheese slices over the cranberry layer to ensure full coverage.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back onto the cheese layer.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and onion powder.
  • Brush the seasoned butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls, allowing some to drip down the sides.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is thoroughly melted.
  • Slice into individual sliders using a serrated knife and serve immediately.
