Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Slice the entire block of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls.
Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Layer the sliced turkey evenly across the bottom half of the rolls.
Spread the cranberry sauce in a uniform layer over the turkey.
Arrange the Swiss cheese slices over the cranberry layer to ensure full coverage.
Place the top half of the rolls back onto the cheese layer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and onion powder.
Brush the seasoned butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls, allowing some to drip down the sides.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is thoroughly melted.
Slice into individual sliders using a serrated knife and serve immediately.
