Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir the chicken mixture until well-combined and the cream cheese is evenly distributed.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
Place approximately 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle.
Roll the dough toward the point, tucking the sides in slightly to enclose the filling.
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet with the points facing down.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and dried parsley.
Brush the tops of each crescent roll with the butter mixture.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
Allow to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
