Place shredded mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe glass bowl. Microwave on high for 45 seconds, stir, and microwave for another 30-45 seconds until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.
Add the almond flour, baking powder, and garlic powder to the melted cheese. Stir quickly to incorporate.
Incorporate the beaten egg into the cheese and flour mixture. Knead the dough by hand or with a spatula until a uniform, slightly sticky ball forms.
Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet. Place a second sheet of parchment paper over the dough and roll it out into a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
Remove the top layer of parchment and bake the dough for 8 to 10 minutes until it begins to turn light golden brown.
While the dough bakes, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
Remove the bread from the oven. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly across the surface and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Return the bread to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or broil on high for 1-2 minutes until the edges are crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
Allow the bread to cool for 2 minutes before slicing into 8 equal pieces with a pizza cutter.
