Cook chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crispy; remove bacon and set aside.
Add ground beef and onion to the same skillet and cook until meat is browned; drain excess fat.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 60 seconds.
Spread the beef and onion mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Sprinkle half of the cheese and half of the bacon over the beef.
Pour the egg mixture over the beef and top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the egg mixture is set and the cheese is melted.
