If using as a wrap, roll the lettuce leaves tightly around the fillings and secure with toothpicks.
If using as a bowl, chop the lettuce and layer all ingredients on top.
Place the sandwich rolls or salad into a meal prep container.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and hard-boiled egg to the side of the box.
