Ingredients

  • 3 slices roasted turkey breast
  • 3 slices smoked ham
  • 2 slices cooked crispy bacon
  • 1 slice sharp cheddar cheese, halved
  • 4 large Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 3 cherry tomatoes , halved
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnais e
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 large hard -boiled egg, halved
  • 1/4 avocado , sliced

Instructions

  • Cook bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels, and set aside.
  • Wash and thoroughly dry the Romaine lettuce leaves to use as the base or wraps.
  • Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small ramekin.
  • Lay out the turkey and ham slices on a clean surface and spread the mayo-mustard mixture evenly over them.
  • Place the sliced cheese, crispy bacon, and avocado onto the deli meats.
  • If using as a wrap, roll the lettuce leaves tightly around the fillings and secure with toothpicks.
  • If using as a bowl, chop the lettuce and layer all ingredients on top.
  • Place the sandwich rolls or salad into a meal prep container.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes and hard-boiled egg to the side of the box.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
