-fat plain Greek yogurt, strained

or peanut butter whey protein isolate

tablespoons powdered
peanut butter

tablespoon natural
creamy peanut butter

tablespoon monk
fruit sweetener

extract

Instructions
Place the strained Greek yogurt in a chilled mixing bowl.
Sift the protein powder and powdered peanut butter into the bowl to prevent clumping.
Add the natural peanut butter, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Whisk the mixture vigorously by hand or with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes until the texture is smooth and aerated.
Transfer the frosting to a piping bag or airtight container.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 20 minutes to allow the protein to fully hydrate and the frosting to set to a firm consistency.
