Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh mango cubes
  • 2 tablespoons hone y
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup wate r

Instructions

  • Peel and dice fresh mangoes, discarding the skins and pits.
  • Combine mango cubes, honey, lime juice, and water in a blender.
  • Puree on high speed until the texture is smooth and uniform.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap for expansion.
  • Insert sticks and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours until firm.
