Instructions
Peel and dice fresh mangoes, discarding the skins and pits.
Combine mango cubes, honey, lime juice, and water in a blender.
Puree on high speed until the texture is smooth and uniform.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap for expansion.
Insert sticks and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours until firm.
