Peanut Butter Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana , sliced

Instructions

  • Place the Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
  • Add the peanut butter and honey to the yogurt.
  • Vigorously stir the mixture with a spoon or small whisk until the peanut butter is fully emulsified and the texture is smooth.
  • Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the top.
  • Garnish with sliced bananas or other desired fruit and serve chilled.
