Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Slice the entire slab of rolls in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls.
Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Layer 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by a layer of pepperoni slices, and the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella.
Place the top half of the rolls onto the cheese layer.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
