Ingredients

  • 16 oz low -fat cottage cheese
  • 60 g vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 tbsp hone y
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place cottage cheese, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract into a high-speed blender.
  • Process until the mixture is completely smooth and no curds remain.
  • Fold in the dark chocolate chips manually.
  • Transfer the mixture to a shallow freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for approximately 4 hours, stirring every 45 minutes to maintain a creamy texture.
  • Allow to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
