Ingredients

  • 1 cup non -fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey or plant-based protein powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons granol a
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and lemon juice.
  • Whisk the mixture vigorously until the protein powder is fully incorporated and the texture is smooth.
  • Gently fold in the lemon zest and half of the fresh blueberries.
  • Transfer the yogurt mixture into a serving bowl.
  • Top the bowl with the remaining blueberries, chia seeds, and granola.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired and serve immediately.
