Ingredients

  • 1 cup non -fat Greek yogurt
  • 30 grams vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon poppyseed s
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and vanilla whey protein powder.
  • Whisk or stir vigorously until the protein powder is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  • Fold in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and poppyseeds until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
