Protein Mango Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup non -fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds

Instructions

  • Place almond milk and Greek yogurt into the blender container.
  • Add the frozen mango chunks and pineapple chunks.
  • Add the protein powder and flax seeds on top of the fruit.
  • Secure the lid and blend on the highest setting for 60 seconds or until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Adjust consistency with extra almond milk if required.
  • Transfer to a chilled glass and consume immediately.
