Ingredients

  • 2 large rectangular flatbreads
  • 0.5 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1.5 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 0.5 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place flatbreads on a large baking sheet.
  • Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the surface of each flatbread.
  • Distribute shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Top with shredded chicken and sliced red onions.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  • Slice and serve.
