  • 1 clove garlic , minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Place the cottage cheese in a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Process for 45 to 60 seconds until the texture is completely smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the whipped cottage cheese into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Fold in the minced garlic, chopped chives, parsley, dill, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Stir with a spatula until the herbs and seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
