Drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the sausage and potatoes, tossing with a spatula to ensure all pieces are glazed.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 10 to 12 minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender and the sauce has thickened.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
