Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites & Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb baby gold potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sal t
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Place the cubed beef and halved potatoes in a 6-quart slow cooker.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
  • Pour the mixture over the beef and potatoes, then toss until all pieces are well coated.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours, or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
