Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk the ingredients vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and no cream cheese lumps remain.
  • Transfer the yogurt mixture into a serving bowl and smooth the surface with a spoon.
  • Arrange the sliced strawberries across the top of the bowl.
  • Evenly sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs and chia seeds over the strawberries.
