Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup freeze -dried strawberries, finely crushed
  • 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the oat flour, vanilla protein powder, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  • Add the softened cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  • Mix using a spatula or clean hands until a cohesive dough forms; add almond milk one teaspoon at a time if the mixture is too dry to hold its shape.
  • Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll between palms to form a 1-inch sphere.
  • Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 30 minutes to allow the texture to firm up before serving.
