  • 25 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 10 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed (for topping)
  • 3 ounces strawberry flavored gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for topping)

Instructions

  • Pulse 25 Golden Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  • Combine cookie crumbs with 4 tablespoons melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the prepared cookie crust.
  • In a medium bowl, combine 10 crushed Golden Oreo cookies with the strawberry gelatin powder and 2 tablespoons melted butter; stir until a crumbly texture is achieved.
  • Sprinkle the strawberry crunch mixture evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the filling to set before slicing and serving.
