  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir vigorously for 1 minute to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed and do not clump.
  • Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to hydrate and thicken the yogurt base.
  • Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries into uniform pieces.
  • Layer the sliced strawberries and almonds over the top of the yogurt mixture.
  • Serve chilled immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
