Ingredients

  • 30 oz refried beans
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 3 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Mix until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the bean mixture in an even layer.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbling around the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced jalapeños and green onions.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips.
