Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar -free chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated monk fruit or erythritol sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Place a small saucepan over medium-low heat and add the almond milk, sugar-free hazelnut spread, and cocoa powder.
  • Whisk the mixture continuously until the hazelnut spread has melted and the liquid is completely smooth.
  • Add the monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt while continuing to whisk.
  • Heat the mixture for approximately 5-7 minutes until steaming hot, ensuring it does not reach a rolling boil to avoid scorching the milk.
  • Remove from heat and pour into two mugs.
  • Optional: Top with sugar-free whipped cream or a light dusting of cocoa powder before serving.
