  • 1 cup low -fat cottage cheese
  • 4 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 tbsp buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup cucumber , diced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  • Place the cottage cheese in a serving bowl as the base layer.
  • Top the cottage cheese with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  • Arrange diced cucumber and cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
  • Garnish with blue cheese crumbles, dried chives, and black pepper.
