Ingredients

  • 1 cup low -fat cottage cheese
  • 1 medium banana , sliced lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup strawberries , sliced
  • 2 tablespoons crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts , chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the cottage cheese with vanilla extract.
  • Place the sliced banana on either side of the cottage cheese.
  • Top the cottage cheese with strawberries and crushed pineapple.
  • Sprinkle walnuts and dark chocolate chips over the fruit.
  • Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
