Creamy Cottage Cheese Ranch Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Place the cottage cheese into a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Process on high speed for approximately 60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and the curd texture is eliminated.
  • Transfer the blended cottage cheese to a clean mixing bowl.
  • Add the dried parsley, dried dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Whisk or fold the ingredients together until the seasonings are uniformly incorporated throughout the base.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with freshly chopped chives.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the dried herbs to hydrate and the flavors to develop before serving with fresh vegetables.
