Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons , lightly crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and the Caesar dressing, tossing until the leaves are evenly coated.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast, shredded Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons to the bowl.
  • Toss the mixture gently to distribute the ingredients without breaking the croutons excessively.
  • Lay each flour tortilla flat on a clean work surface.
  • Divide the chicken Caesar mixture into four equal portions and place one portion in the center of each tortilla.
  • Season with black pepper as desired.
  • Fold the two opposite sides of the tortilla inward towards the center.
  • Starting from the bottom edge, roll the tortilla tightly upward to enclose the filling.
  • Slice the wraps diagonally across the center and serve immediately.
