Frozen Banana Yogurt Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon hone y
  • 0.5 cup granola or crushed walnuts
  • 4 wooden popsicle sticks

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas and cut each in half crosswise to create four pieces.
  • Insert a wooden popsicle stick into the cut end of each banana half, pushing it about halfway through.
  • Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • In a shallow bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
  • Dip each banana half into the yogurt mixture, using a spoon to coat all sides evenly.
  • Roll the yogurt-coated banana in the granola or crushed nuts, pressing lightly to adhere.
  • Place the prepared bananas on the baking sheet ensuring they do not touch.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is frozen solid.
