Ingredients

  • 2 high -protein whole wheat tortillas
  • 6 ounces thinly sliced deli turkey breast
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced chives, garlic powder, and black pepper to create the spread.
  • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
  • Spread an even layer of the yogurt mixture over the entire surface of each tortilla.
  • Layer the cheese slices in the center of each tortilla.
  • Place the sliced turkey breast over the cheese, covering most of the surface.
  • Top with a layer of baby spinach leaves.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly into a cylinder shape.
  • Use a sharp serrated knife to slice the rolls into 1-inch thick rounds.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container.
