Ingredients

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until it begins to steam, ensuring it does not reach a boil.
  • Whisk in the white chocolate chips until they are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat source to prevent the protein powder from denaturing.
  • In a separate small container, whisk the protein powder with two tablespoons of warm water or milk to form a smooth slurry.
  • Slowly whisk the protein slurry into the hot chocolate base until fully integrated.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
  • Pour the mixture into mugs and serve immediately.
