Protein-Packed Raspberry Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups non -fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 0.5 cup low -sugar granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hone y

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and protein powder, whisking until the powder is fully incorporated and the texture is smooth.
  • Prepare two serving glasses and place 0.5 cup of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each glass.
  • Distribute half of the raspberries and half of the granola evenly between the two glasses as a middle layer.
  • Top each glass with the remaining yogurt mixture, spreading it to the edges.
  • Finish by garnishing with the remaining raspberries, granola, and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
  • Drizzle with honey and serve chilled or immediately.
